I sent some of you a message/invite while I was on a site called “KLOUT.” Posse member Cora told me about this. It gives you a “score” based on what your visibility is on the Internet. I’ve formerly referred to this as the “Q” rating, and literally counted the hits on Google to see the numbers. This site does all that for you, more or less.

I’ll be honest, I found the site difficult to navigate. I didn’t give up and, at some point, it spit out my score: 47.92, plus it tells me I have influence over 446 people. Seriously? Someboby out there is listening to me????

So, maybe if we work with this new tool, it will work for us as an indicator that are marketing efforts are slipping.
